75ml (6 parts) Gin

12.5ml (1 parts) Dry Vermouth

Make it dirty with a splash of olive brine, served with an olive garnish

62.5ml Vodka - that's a double & a single 

37.5ml cl Kahlúa - that's one & a half singles

12.5ml Sugar syrup - that's half a single

1 strong espresso


3. French martini

Created in New York in the 80s using Chambord, a French-produced black raspberry liqueur. 

75ml vodka

25ml Raspberry Liqueur

25ml fresh pineapple juice


4. Lemon Drop Martini

A light, sweet and sour martini; ideal as an after-dinner digestif. 

75ml cl Vodka Citron

50ml Triple Sec

50ml Lemon Juice


5. Vieux Carré

Vieux Carré

Although not officially recognised as a Martini, this New Orleans classic from the 1930s made with Vermouth and often served in a Martini glass is close enough for us! 

50ml Rye Whiskey

50ml Cognac

50ml Sweet Vermouth

1/2 Barspoon Bénédictine

2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters


6. Vesper

No list of Martini twists would be complete without the James Bond classic, shaken, not stirred of course. We like ours with an extra squeeze of Lemon.


75ml Gin

25ml Vodka

12.5ml Vermouth
